3 EASY STEPS

1) Email kitakebusiness@gmail.com to receive authorization of your return. Please include the following details in your email:

  • Order Number
  • What You’re Returning
  • Reason For Return
  • If You Would Like An Exchange/Store-Credit/Refund
  • If Exchange, What Item You’d Like To Have Sent Back


2) Include the manufacturer’s packaging and leave all tags intact.


3) Ship your return back to us at

  • Make sure your return is well packaged and properly insured.
  • Please make sure that any returns are sent with the order number and your name clearly included as a minimum.

 

NEW OPEN & OPEN-BOX ITEMS

To return a new or open-box item, return the item within 7 days from when you received it with the manufacturer’s packaging and all tags intact. The item must also be in the same condition as you received it. Pretty simple, isn’t it?

DAMAGED, WRONG, OR MISSING ITEMS

Believe it or not, DHL or ePacket isn’t perfect, nor are we. In the rare occasion you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item, immediately email us at kitakebusiness@gmail.com.

WARRANTY ITEMS

All new items sold by Cosfitness.com come with full manufacturer warranties. Warranty items do vary depending upon the manufacturer, however typically wear and tear or misuse is excluded.

EXCHANGES

If you are returning an item with the intent on exchanging it, the easiest way to complete exchange is to simply return your item for a refund and place an order for the new item you prefer. The buyer should cover the return shipping charge.

 

REFUNDS

After we receive the return we will issue a full refund, less the original shipping charge, and credit it to the original payment method. The processing time for a return may take up to 5 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) upon receipt of your return.

For returns, the shipping and return costs are at your expense ( If your original order received free shipping, then we will deduct $10 from your return to cover the original shipping charge.)

We cannot be held responsible for any duty charges incurred on any items return - which should be nil as it is a valid return and should not be subject to any tax, therefore: any such charges wrongly charged | incurred would have to be taken off the return refund amount.
